2. Services

 

• All cleaning services will be carried out to a professional standard.

• Service times are estimates and may vary depending on property condition.

• The client is responsible for providing access to the property at the agreed time.

 

3. Payments

 

• Payments must be made at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed.

• Late payments may incur fees.

 

4. Cancellations

 

• Cancellations within 24 hours of an appointment may incur a cancellation fee (up to 50% of the booking value).

 

5. Liability

 

• While we take utmost care, Sparkle Clean Ltd cannot accept liability for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items not disclosed as fragile.

• We hold full public liability insurance.
