Refund Policy

At Sparkle Clean Ltd, customer satisfaction is very important to us.

 

Refund Eligibility

 

You may be eligible for a refund if:

• A booking is cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.

• You are unsatisfied with the service, and we are unable to resolve the issue with a re-clean.

 

Non-Refundable

 

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a booking.

• Services already provided where the client has not raised concerns within 24 hours of completion.

 

How to Request a Refund

 

To request a refund, please email info@sparklecleanltd.co.uk with your booking details. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
